Shipping Policy:

$4.95 S/H for USA and Canada customers. $1.65 optional insurance for $50 items.

$5.95 S/H for International, Europe, Asia customers.  No insurance available for international customers. You are responsible for your custom fees and/or any other over-sea fees that's due for the package.

We packed and sealed all of our package carefully including gift box except bracelet.

Return Policy:

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied. We will offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.

To return or exchange an item:

All returns needs to be secure within its original packing materials within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from abellagifts. Packages without prior notification by e-mail cannot be accepted.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unused, and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Send the package with insurance for your own protection.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Please be careful and do NOT write jewelry or what's in the box on the package. This will invites possible theft of the package.
All returns will get refund excluding shipping/handling, insurance costs, your return postage plus 15% re-stocking fees.

Special orders, or personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Abellagifts.

All returns will be processed after we inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 5-10 business days to process when we receive the item.
